As a new mother you have plenty to worry about. If you are breastfeeding it is understandable that you may worry about your diet. Fortunately, you can eat anything you want without affecting the quality of your breast milk.
Keep in mind that regardless of the amount of sugar you do consume, it will not adversely affect your breast milk or its content of fat and calories does not change.
That doesn't mean that you that you over do it! A healthy diet is highly recommended, so as in life you must eat even sweets in moderation! Live a sweet life!
